About Me

Hi, I am Felix Neubauer.

Having started with software development in 2011, I have already collected quite some experience in that area (with my focus being SW architecture) and I share some of my projects on this website.

My current fulltime job is in the area of self driving cars.

Besides that, I am highly interested in psychological topics, such as Mindfulness, Personality Development and Empathy.

Current Mindset

I try to foster a growth mindset, where I keep learning daily, staying ready for the future. At the same time I aim for fullfillment at work (e.g. work with actual purpose) and a sustainable work life balance (e.g. enough sleep and time for myself), with which I stay fit, healthy and happy, while feeling productive and like doing a great and effective job.

While I started out programming software by myself, I now really appreciate working together with a team and even steering a team. While software development and especially architecture is my passion, I can imagine also going into the direction of an Agile Coach, which I already practiced during an University Project and enjoyed a lot.

IIn my free time, I also offer interactive sessions to colleagues about psychological topics and mindfulness topics. So far, I've hosted over 10 of those sessions, with around 20 to 50 participants each time.
